Web技术联盟 / .resx的问题，不知道是什么意思，大家帮帮忙

down了一个书城的代码看，看到资源文件的时候看不懂了

目录类似这样：
             。headermenu.ascx
                HeaderMenu.ascx.resx
             。usercheck.ascx
                UserCheck.ascx.resx
在resx文件中有这样的东西：

    名称                    类型                                      值      注释
$this.DefaultModifiers   System.CodeDom.MemberAttributes    Private
$this.TrayAutoArrange    System.Boolean                     True
$this.TrayLargeIcon      System.Boolean                     False

这都是什么意思啊？上网找也没搞明白是啥
