安装plugin,可以从vendor/Gems & Plugins进入下一页,Gems&Plugins for myapps,in this page,there is dropdown selection,two items:installed
and available. when you select item 'installed',you will see some gems&plugins you have installed before or you can upload them.
If u choice item 'available',you will find more than 300 pages of gems&plugins that heroku prepared for u,you search which you want in search box,you will find one gem or plugin in your vendor after you install some one.

If you want to use scaffold function,你可以点击左边下边的小齿轮,选择
generate,在generate中直接输入,如:scaffold User name:string email:string, 在这个前面不用加:ruby script/generate.
